Bridget Fonda was a popular actress in the 1990s. She appeared in many critically-acclaimed films, including Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown, as well as the hit show Singles. However, Fonda, who is now fifty-eight years old, was caught during a rare outing in Los Angeles where she looked absolutely unrecognizable from the woman she was back during her acting career in the 1990s and early 2000s.
Fonda retired from the acting world back in 2002 and has made very few public appearances since then. She was seen for the first time in twelve years back in January. Now the former film actress was caught in public wearing nearly the same outfit, which was very comfortable. On her feet, she wore comfortable sneakers. She had on a black pair of sweatpants that fit loosely. On her torso, she had on a black and white horizontally striped short-sleeve blouse. She carried a gray purse. Her graying hair was tied back in a ponytail, and she had a pair of spectacles on.
Fans were shocked by Fonda’s appearance because she looked nothing like she did back during her heyday in the 1990s. Gray was appearing along her roots. As a mother of one, she has a busy family life. However, she appeared to look very different from her days in the film industry back in the 1990s.
Fonda was caught on camera going into a landscaping store. She apparently took a look at some paving stones but did not make a purchase. She examined her phone after leaving the store.
In the above image, Fonda was photographed in January 2022. As you can see, she was wearing the same outfit. The blouse was stripped horizontally and included a V-neck. During this rare outing, Fonda was photographed running errands with the seventeen-year-old son of her husband, Danny Elfman. The boy’s name is Oliver.
Since retiring from the limelight, Fonda has been focusing on raising her son. The family has been living on a ranch in Santa Barbara, where they are able to maintain their privacy and stay out of the public eye.
Fonda grew up in a family that had a long history of famous actors. Her grandfather was none other than the famous movie star Henry Fonda. Her dad was the actor Peter Fonda, and her aunt was the famous celebrity Jane Fonda. Bridget Fonda earned her first movie star credits at the age of four when she appeared in the 1969 movie Easy Rider.
However, Fonda broke into the public eye in the 1980s and 1990s when she got hired for several roles in big box office hits. One of her most famous roles was the character Allison “Allie” Jones in the 1992 classic film Single White Female. And that same year, she appeared alongside actor Matt Dillion in the romantic comedy Singles, which was directed by Cameron Crowe.
